For just $65 per person, you can head down to the Waterfront on Friday 17th February 2017 and indulge in some of Darwin’s best food ever! When it comes to food, Wharf One are right up there on the Darwin cuisine circuit and if you’re going to be a part of this event, gear up for some seriously amazing food and wine!
The evening will start at 7pm at Illido Pizza Bar, where you will be greeted with a glass of bubbles – or tab beer for the blokes – and canapes. Ooh la! Indeed it is going to be fancy!
The main courses will be served in Wharf One at approximately 7.45pm, starting with two delicious sharing plates of gin cured salmon and beef carpaccio. Followed by mains – Spice Rubbed Spring Chicken and Wood Grilled SA Baby Squid, which are also share plates. Wow! Our mouths are watering just thinking about it here in the Ray White Bayside Real Estate office, and at least a few of us are scrambling to save the date in our diaries!
The progressive diners will then head along to The Precinct Tavern for a delicious dessert and the Precinct’s very own Passionfruit Cosmo Cocktail. The function will end here at 10pm, but of course, everyone is more than welcome to carry on the party in the Precinct…which is open till 2am! So make sure you have the day off work Saturday morning, if weekend work is your thing!
