Your eyes are not deceiving you! On Saturday 11th June, these two star-studded rugby leave teams are playing at Darwin’s very own TIO Stadium – and what better way to get into the Queen’s Birthday long weekend for footy fans!
It’s all happening thanks to a great deal of hard work on the part of the Northern Territory Government and Eels fans in the Top End couldn’t be happier, with the match set to be an absolute sell out! That said though, tickets are still available for purchase online at http://www.ntix.com.au/#!/events/979/ and also in person at the Darwin Entertainment Centre.
We’re pretty sure at least one or two of our team here at Ray White Bayside will do what they can to make it to the game because an NRL game in Darwin…well that’s something you don’t see often enough!
In addition to the big game which kicks off at 5pm, the Grand Final of the Eels Cup Under 16’s competition will run, just before the main game – and that’s sure to be one to watch as well, with the up and coming talent giving it their all.
Gates will open on the day at 2.30pm, with kids under five free and family passes starting at just $50!
