I don’t know about you, but we’re over the wet season now here at Ray White Bayside Real Estate. We miss the dry season buzz, the cool air, and of course, the markets! And of course, those glorious sunsets!
Speaking of markets, registration is now open for Malak Marketplace. The unique Saturday afternoon markets are returning for another year. These markets are actually Darwin’s first organic and multicultural health hub – just what we needed here in the Top End!
The markets are expected to open Saturday April 29th and will continue every Saturday of the Dry, up until Saturday 28th October from 4pm – 9pm at Chambers Crescent Car Park, Malak. There will be approximately 70 stalls in attendance each week, providing us with the best organic foods, health education, arts and crafts, and more! This is the perfect opportunity to share your passion with hundreds of like-minded Darwinites on a weekly basis.
From farmers’ markets and food stalls, to pop-up flea markets and live entertainment – there will be something that suits everybody. You can learn all about the market’s clean eating and health philosophy from an array of health and educational stalls and you can even check out the healthy cooking classes. We all know we can always make positive changes in our lives after all!
To register for a stall, head to http://www.malakmarketplace.org.au/community/become-a-stallholder/ – you could be the change you wish to see in Darwin! And for everyone else, be sure to head down to the first markets on Saturday 29th April, because if past ones are anything to go by, it’s going to be fun!
