Tip 2 – Add some personal touches: Add your own personal touches if you haven’t already! It’s known in the real estate world to spark an emotional connection with the buyer. Give your home some personality with some funky art work or your own personalised photos – preferably showing off your house!
Tip 3 – Make use of climate control and nice aromas: Living here in the Top End is hot stuff, so remember to set your home to a comfortable temperature. Fans and air conditioning are our best friends here! And of course, smell is very important too.
