Saturday 4th June is the date to remember, if you want to make changes in your life to improve your health and wellbeing,
because YMCA is hosting Darwin’s first Health & Wellness Festival. It’s all going to be happening at the Darwin Waterfront from 10am until 3pm and a wealth of information will be provided to all who attend.
A community event, admission to the festival is absolutely free, however any funds that will be raised through the various raffles that will be held on the day, will go directly to the great cause which is Camp Quality.
On the day, YMCA Youth Space will host special mental health talks for young people, which will be delivered by Youth Week Ambassador Pritika Desai. There will also be plenty of interactive sessions and demonstrations which are sure to teach you a great deal about how to improve your health and wellness.
In addition, Love Thy Juice will serve a delicious array of organic food and beverages, and for the kids, there will be a Kids’ Club and Yenz Face Painting from 11am until 1pm.
This exciting event will be happening on the beautiful, sprawling Darwin Waterfront lawns and plenty of stallholders will be there to educate, feed and entertain you! Exhibitors include, but are not limited to:
