Darwin Waterfront do school holiday’s right!

By Korgan Hucent

It’s the school holidays once again (can you seriously believe that?!) but don’t worry, Darwin Waterfront have you covered with plenty of entertaining activities for the young ones this Dry Season – and they’re all free!  Good to know when you consider the kids are going to be off school for quite a few weeks!

Every weekday of the holidays, Monday 26th June through to Friday 21st July between 10am and 12pm, there will be a free activity! Yes adults, while you have a couple hours of relaxation in the sun, the kids can be off taking part in the exhilarating Bubble Sports, Archery Attack and Aus Kick AFL. Keep them fit and wear them out at the same time – winning!

If sports aren’t their thing, then they can have fun on the giant slip n slide or at the silent disco!  We’re not entirely sure what a silent disco is, but the Ray White Bayside team are assured that it will be a load of fun!  There is something for everybody, and what better location than the beautiful Waterfront? Four whole weeks of free fun sounds good to us and a few of us will definitely be taking our kids along!

Parking at the Waterfront multi-storey is free for the first two hours, and the Waterfront is of course a great place to refuel with a spot of lunch after the kids have worn themselves out during the activities.  We can vouch for the view and atmosphere as well, because the Waterfront quite simply is world-class!
