Checked out the Nightcliff Markets yet?

By Korgan Hucent

They are held year round on Sunday mornings from 6am until 2pm and promise you a really great time.  In the opinion of quite a few of us here at the Ray White Bayside office, there’s no better way to start a Sunday morning (if you’re up early enough of course to see morning!) than by wandering around with either a coffee or fruit salad, and browsing the stalls!

Live entertainment sets the scene for the markets, and each week local musicians entertain the crowds and provide a laid back, relaxed atmosphere.  While the music is playing, your nose will be treated to an array of culinary fragrances, compliments of the curries, crepes, soups, satays, sushi, samosas, burgers and noodles – all freshly cooked on site, ready for you to enjoy!  You may also smell the freshly ground coffee, as it’s lovingly prepared.

Plenty of fresh, locally grown fruit and vegetables are on sale and you can treat yourself to a healthy juice or fruit smoothly if you wish.

Once you’ve ticked the food and drink box, you can check out the array of diverse arts and crafts, all locally created!  There’s also plants, clothing and collectables on sale, and for something a little different, massage and tarot if that’s your thing!

Definitely well worth checking out if you haven’t done so already, the Nightcliff Markets are held on Pavonia Way at Nightcliff, right in the centre of the shopping precinct.  For more information on this fabulous regular event, be sure to visit: http://www.nightcliffmarkets.com.au/.
