You’ve heard about Night in the Museum…but How About Camping Out at the Zoo?!

By Korgan Hucent

There is nothing quite like camping in the Territory! The terracotta hue of the terrain remains widely untouched, with a wonderful wild unruliness about the place. Places like Litchfield incite exhilaration within us, igniting our adventurous side.

Twilight Nights and Wild Camp Outs at the Park is an event taking place on Saturday 22nd July at Territory Wildlife Park. The event is suitable for kids, small and big, with crafts, jungle games and music to keep everyone entertained! The event costs $10 per adult and $5 for children (Under 3’ are free!).

This is the perfect opportunity to introduce your little ones to the Territory way with a truly authentic camping experience. There will be camp fires, a BBQ and other goodies for sale, so make sure to stock up on marshmallows for a good old camp fire feast!

The Ray White Bayside team are super excited about this family fun event, but we do have a few tips to make sure you are prepared for the great outdoors!

Make sure to bring insect repellent, camping gear, torches and your toothbrush, but most importantly, bring your laid-back attitude, and enjoy a night under the stars with the kids. It’s bound to be an absolute hoot!

The fun activities are being hosted between 4pm and 6pm so get there early! Also, it is important to book a camping spot as these are limited. For more information, check out the Territory Wildlife Park website at  http://www.territorywildlifepark.com.au/ or give them a call on 8988 7201.
