Up for a Triathlon? Why not consider joining the Darwin Triathlon Club?

We all know the health and wellbeing benefits of regular physical exercise, and if triathlon is your thing, joining the Darwin Triathlon Club could definitely be worth your while!  Korgan Hucent, our Principal here at Ray White Bayside is an active member of the club and often indulges our team with stories relating to his participation in events. We’re pretty sure as well he has helped introduce new members to the club.
Officially incorporating as a club in 1989, Darwin Triathlon Club organises a number of triathlons and mini-triathlons all year round.  The club currently has in excess of 300 members, ranging in age from 5-70 years and boasts a supportive culture, where members are encouraged to achieve their triathlon goals.
To participate in any club events you must be a club member.  Joining is easy and all you need to do is email the club, advising of your intention to join.  Annual membership fees are $175 for adults over the age of 20 years, $71 for juniors aged 12-19 and $41 for juniors aged 5-11.  Family membership discounts can also be applied, with full details provided to you when you request to join.
By joining now, you’ll also have the opportunity of participating in the club’s next exciting event!  Kicking off at 7am on Sunday 11th October 2015 at Lake Alexander is the Darwin Triathlon Club’s Super Sprint Series #3!  The Super Sprint Triathlon #2 comprises of a 300m swim, 13km bike ride and 3km run and there’s still time for you to secure your spot, with registrations closing at 6:45am on the day of the event.
