Join the team here at Ray White Bayside and support Daffodil Day!

By Korgan Hucent
Daffodil Day will this year be held on Friday 26th August, and it is one of the Cancer Council’s major fundraising events. The Cancer Council provides support and services to those with cancer and their loved ones, and with 350 Australians diagnosed with cancer every day, the Council’s role is vital. The Cancer Council also provides significant funding for cancer research, so by getting behind a fundraising initiative of the Cancer Council, we are doing a lot to beat cancer for good!
So when it comes to Daffodil Day, what can you do? We get behind this fundraising event here at Ray White Bayside and here are a few ways you can too:
• Sell merchandise at your place of work: We do this here at our office, and it’s simply a matter of ordering merchandise online via the Daffodil Day website. There may not be enough time now to order merchandise for sale in your office, however you can contact the Cancer Council directly to see whether or not there is still time.
• Donate on Daffodil Day: All donations over $2 are tax deductible, and you can make a donation online via the Daffodil Day website. In fact, any time of the year you can make a donation to the invaluable work of the Cancer Council via their website.
• Buy merchandise: You’ll find Daffodil Day merchandise for sale in so many locations! You can find out where by doing a search via the Daffodil Day website! Or you can come by the Ray White Bayside office and say hello and make a purchase!
• Bank and win: If you bank $216 or more before 12th September, you will automatically go into the draw to win flights for two to Sydney, overnight accommodation in a waterfront room at the Pier One Sydney Harbour hotel, and a $200 David Jones.
You can find out more about how you can get involved and throw your support behind Daffodil Day by visiting: https://www.daffodilday.com.au/get-involved/.
