For all of you who like a bit of biff in the form of boxing (and there are some here at Ray White Bayside real estate), then chances are you may have already heard the news that the first world heavyweight title fight to come to the Northern Territory has been scheduled. Set aside Saturday 27th February from 6pm – 11pm and make sure you can make your way down to Darwin Convention Centre, because that’s where the action is going to be.
At least 14 bouts are scheduled for the evening with an exciting line up of home-grown, Aussie talent and internationals. Some of the Aussies who will be fighting on the night include former Australian Heavyweight Champion and Current Wbo Asia Pacific Heavyweight Champion, Peter “The Chief” Graham who towers at a very tall 6’6” and weighs in at 114kg! He’s up against the even taller, Julius ‘the Towering Inferno’ Long, who is 7’1” in height!
Also making an appearance on title fight night is Willie Nasio, who is the NSW Heavyweight Champion, who will go head to head with Joel Clifton, the Queensland Heavyweight Champion who is also a soldier with the Australian Army’s 8/9 RAR.
