A Unique and One-of-a-Kind Indian Restaurant in the heart of Parap: Why You Have to Check out Saffrron!

By Korgan Hucent
Often the process of settling into a new place involves checking out the local restaurants and cafes, and choosing your favourites for culinary enjoyment for many years to come.  Here at Ray White Bayside, we recently sat down and talked about our preferred restaurants, takeaways and cafes and Saffrron Indian Cuisine at Parap certainly made the cut.
From Butter Chicken and Fresh Panir, to Calamari Pakora and Marinated Lamb Cutlets, Saffrron successfully combines delectable Indian Cuisine with an environmental conscience.  All food in the restaurant is served on biodegradable tableware made from bamboo and sugarcane, and carbon-neutral beer is also available from the bar!  Saffrron is a sustainably-certified restaurant, providing you with an incredible eco-dining experience, without any compromise on taste, freshness or quality.
Another few amazing facts about Saffrron:
• Only local seafood is featured in the menu
• Local seasonal produce is used wherever possible, including okra, limes, eggplant, snake beans, chillies, fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves
• Gluten-free and vegetarian dishes are available
Add to all of that the fact that this restaurant offers dining in and takeaway options for lunch and dinner, and we’re pretty sure than when you experience Saffrron for yourself, you’ll keep coming back for more!
